On-Line Help

StoryEdit has on-line 'help' with hints and advice on using the system. In the user's web browser, the help pages are displayed in a separate window so that it can be moved and resized for easy reference.


Telephone support is available for any technical problems during UK office hours via a standard rate 'phone line. Support is also provided by email, but a phone call is often the most effecctive way to discuss an issue.


Because StoryEdit is so easy to use, staff training requirements are minimised. Anyone with a basic level of computer experience can use StoryEdit. The ability to edit a letter or text document and use a web browser are the only skills required before using StoryEdit to update a web page.

Training can be provided on a one-to-one or group basis, cost will depend on location and numbers. Please contact us to discuss your needs.
